Site Authorization

1. To log in to newdawnpress.com, you must be a New Dawn Press reseller or manufacturer partner with a New Dawn Press User Name and Password.

2. If you have a current User Name and Password and cannot log in, first check the items below before contacting NDPs Web Site Support (WSS):

  • Enter all letters in your User Name and Password in uppercase (all caps).
  • If you are using a new User Name and Password, there is a two-day waiting period for it to be valid.
  • Three failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account. To unlock your account, contact WSS.

3. If you are an New Dawn Press reseller or manufacturer and need a User Name and Password, contact WSS or your sales representative.

Browser Recommendations

For best viewing, set screen resolution to 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. To print a Web page, set the page orientation correctly.

E-mail

To send e-mail using the links on our Web site, define the e-mail settings for your browser.

  • For Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options. Click the Programs tab, and specify the default e-mail program.
  • For Navigator, go to the Edit menu and click Preferences to enter your e-mail identity information.
